Kasia is a Director of the Australian CRiskCo business based in Brisbane. With experience in Product management/consulting across Australia and Europe with Deloitte, Rio Tinto, Daimler Chrysler, SKM/Jacobs, Thiess, KPMG, the government, NFPs, and high growth businesses.

Kasia worked as the Director of People & Change consulting at KPMG, the Deloitte Asia-Pacific Change Leader, and the HR Director for Deloitte Central Europe spanning 17 nations before joining CRiskCo. She has held executive positions in both Vale’s significant capital project in Brazil and Daimler Chrysler’s global restructuring. She led the development of creative talent and engagement strategies as well as a growth strategy while serving as the head of people and culture at a successful Australian start-up company. Performance psychologist Kasia also manages an international consultancy with a focus on culture, competence, leadership, and organizational efficiency. Kasia has a Masters in Business (International Management), a Bachelor of Applied Sciences, and a Post Graduate degree in Psychology.
